I provide these directives based on the cash flow needs of each individual client. I will meet with you monthly to help establish those goals and create the plans to reach your goals. The best part is that these services help you to maintain your plans and stay on track.
Building a Brighter Future Coaching: This 3 Phase program takes you from wherever you are today to owning a business that can properly function and continue to grow without your direct involvement. We encourage clients to take a 4-week vacation (or staycation) at the end of the program, just to prove to themselves that they can do it. This program helps you make your business more enjoyable to run now and much more valuable when you are ready to sell. Each phase takes 4 or 5 months (depending on several external factors). If you started today, you could be “soft packing” for your 4-week vacation this time next year.
Keynotes, Workshops, and Trainings: My keynotes focus on helping business owners imagine what it would feel like to run a business that doesn’t NEED you. It also helps uncover the things keeping business owners stuck where they are. Workshop/Breakouts are used to help attendees figure out what the Big Promise is that they are making to their customers, and what the deeper role is that drives their business.
